Cooking recipe and ingredients:
Sift 500 g of flour (bread flour).
1 teaspoon of salt.
8 g of dry yeast.
Mix and make a hole in the flour.
400 ml of warm water.
Mix with a spatula.
The dough should be liquid.
Cover with cling film.
Cover with a kitchen towel and leave for 40 minutes in a warm place.
40 minutes later.
Sprinkle the table with 100 g of flour.
