🧁Carrot cake 15cm mold

・Dough
180g plain flour
50g granulated sugar
50g powdered brown sugar
100g light sesame oil
2 eggs
10g baking powder
180g carrots
30g raisins
40g walnuts
2g nutmeg powder
2g cinnamon powder
1g clove powder

・Cream cheese frosting
200g cream cheese
20g powdered brown sugar
20g butter
20g sour cream

Finishing touches
Edible flowers...as needed

①Put granulated sugar, powdered brown sugar, and light sesame oil in a bowl and mix with a whisk. Add the eggs and mix further.
②Sieve the plain flour and baking powder in two batches, mixing with a rubber spatula each time. When the dough comes together, add the grated carrots and mix lightly.
③ Pour into a mold and bake in a 180°C oven for about 40 minutes.
④ Once cooled, remove from the mold and chill in the refrigerator.
⑤ Make the cream cheese frosting. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
⑥ Spread the cream cheese frosting on top of the dough from ④ using a palette knife.
⑦ Cut to your desired size, place on a plate and garnish with edible flowers.
