HEALTHY HABITS! Over the past few years, I’ve made a ton of changes to my lifestyle, all in effort to improve my physical, emotional and mental health. I love trying new things, implementing new habits, having new experiences and trying different products routinely. I have built lasting habits that have had MAJOR effects on my overall positivity and personal growth, so in today’s video, I am going to share some of the healthy habits that have changed my life in hopes that you try out these healthy habits for yourself!
Some of the healthy habits I dive into in this video are: establishing a healthy morning routine, doing something to get your creative juices flowing like painting/water coloring, daily meditation, putting my phone down hours before bed, spending time in nature, and so much more! Our habits define us. The little things we do every day might feel small but they have HUGE and long-lasting effects. Having a healthy routine you follow daily will drastically improve your life. I follow a bunch of the habits of successful people in hopes to create these life-changing habits for myself.
Creating lasting habits does not happen over night. It takes mental strength and dedication. Self-care routines are important for stress management and for your overall wellness in general.
