1. Drinks. Plain water is the best option, then lemu pani, nabeez (date, fig, raisen soaked and blended), fresh fruit shakes without sugar. No soda, canned juice, milk soa, any sugary drink
2. Dates. 1-3 are enough
3. Snacks. Any one of 1 bowl home made dahi pakori or chana chat or tawa pakora
4. After namaz. Eat multigrain flour chapati for home made any salan. Low sugar flour chapati for diabetic and obese guys.
