The actual title of this dish should be something close to "Eggs that look and taste like they have been cooked on Maek-ban stones" ....lol
Cooking the eggs in an electric rice cooker makes the egg whites crumbly, but if you use a pressure rice cooker, the egg whites are chewy and the yolk is moist as if the eggs have been cooked on Maek-ban stones. Also known as Jjimjilbang eggs.
