Hobi and Taehyung previously did a quick livestream at Jungkook's place. JK then explained why VHOPE was there.
Hobi unveiled his pre-military haircut on Taehyung's livestream. It was quite obvious that Hobi's enlistment was sinking in to Taehyung that night. The way he stared at Hobi on the screen broke my heart. And that hug. That tight VHOPE hug.
Fortunately, Jungkook was there to distract our emotions. Even though VHOPE was dancing cutely, ARMY couldn't help but be emotional after seeing Hobi's haircut. But then Jungkook passed by carrying a laundry basket.
And while we were busy getting teary-eyed when Taehyung hugged Hobi, Jungkook was busy doing laundry in the background.
While Hobi was talking about his new haircut, Jungkook suddenly realized he left his underwear in the dryer.
When Hobi and Taehyung's taxis arrived, they said their goodbyes to ARMY. Meanwhile, Jungkook was behind them, still carrying his laundry basket.
When the VHOPEKOOK livestream ended, ARMY were thinking about Hobi's short hair, Taehyung's hug, the realization of Hobi's enlistment, etc. But then Jungkook went live again to continue chatting with ARMY while folding his underwear. He even did a quick tutorial. Finally, Jungkook is done with his laundry. It was a fun distraction from that emotional Vhope hug.
The last time we got a VHOPEKOOK video was from Hobi's Hope Film when they were in the US.
Hobi eventually shared his trimmed hair on Instagram. A few days later, he shared his official military haircut. We then found out that Jimin helped Hobi shave his head.
We all know that the Maknae Line is Hobi's baby. But it seemed like Taehyung was the most obvious in showing how this temporary separation affected him. So when it was time for Taehyung to serve in the military, he went to Hobi to claim that VHOPE hug.
Let's wait for a VHOPE hug when they complete their mandatory service. Minus Jungkook's laundry.
