This video is all about the steps I try to take when I am having dinner guest over. We made homemade rolls with fresh milled flour, cottage Pie/ shepherd's pie, a grape and pecan salad and, of course, some chocolate desserts.

Actually a hamburger roll recipe but makes great yeast rolls!
What I usually change - 2 TBSP honey instead of sugar - but the sugar is a great way too
I did half fresh milled soft white wheat and half all purpose flour

I did 2 TBSP of Worcestershire sauce
I used Italian seasoning instead of parsley, rosemary and thyme
I also added an egg to the mash potato sauce that you pour into the potatoes
I did not use parmesan cheese, but sprinkled some cheddar cheese on top of the pie before baking

The above recipe is very similar to what I do except I bake the grape and pecans together to top the salad.

I could not find the exact recipe but mine had half raspberries and half strawberries, 2 tbsp chia seeds and I did not add the maple syrup
