Ingredients for homemade sour soup recipe:
To obtain 3.5 liters of sour soup;
- 4 liters warm water (40-60 degrees C/ maximum);
- 100 grams bran for each liter of water;
- 50 grams cornmeal, for each liter of water;
- 1 sprig of dried thyme;
- 4-5 sour cherry twigs, even without leaves;
Optionally, fresh or dried lovage can be added.
