Ingredients:

Dough:
560 g white flour
3 eggs
100 g granulated sugar
130 g acacia honey
140 g butter with 82% fat
45 ml milk
7 g baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

Cream:
1 kg sour cream with 30-35% fat
110 g powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For decoration:
50 g walnuts
the edges of the sheets
powdered sugar
