Ingredients: For stir-fry
150g chicken fillet
2TBSP mirin
1/2 green onion
some ginger

Ingredients: For the broth
600ml water
2tsp chicken powder
2tsp Shirodashi
a little hondashi
Salt to taste
lots and lots of black pepper

1 udon noodle


{substitute shirodashi}
2tsp soy sauce
1tsp mirin
8g hondashi

Kyushu-style chicken udon noodles that are made with salt instead of soy sauce!
I tried it and it's so insanely, tear-jerkingly delicious, you have to try it!
