I have to say, I didn't expect The Owl House to actually explore the possibility of Luz struggling with her mental health following the events of season 2 finale, but I'm really happy that Thanks to Them subverted my expectations and surprised me in the best possible way!
It's nice to see a fully fleshed-out protagonist with believable struggles and an arc that is not only extremely relatable, but also very inspiring.
What do you think? Is Luz a good representation of someone suffering from depression? Let me know in the comments below!
