150g small chicken breast
1 small corn
100g carrots
4 small eggs (large eggs use 3 eggs)
15 daisies eggs
4 herbs duck eggs
1 large onion, 10c mushrooms
some ginger and cilantro
WATER SOUP
3 liters of water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
25g rock sugar (1 tbsp full of flavor)
7g granulated sugar (1 teaspoon sugar)
13g of ground salt (2/3 tbsp)
10g seasoning seeds (2/3 tbsp)
10g monosodium glutamate (2/3 tablespoons)
75g cornstarch (2/3 cup cornstarch)
75g tapioca flour (2/3 cup tapioca starch)
150g water (2/3 cup water)
