In this video, I am going to show you a close up tutorial on how to cut your own filets at home and save a bunch of money in the process. Filets are tender and juicy steaks that are the most expensive cuts when you go out to a steakhouse. I paid $25 per pound for pre cut filets ant the grocery store, but I paid $15 per pund at Costco when I I bought a whole beef tenderloin and broke it down myself.
