This video is from several years ago when there weren't so many decoupage glues available. I highly suggest you try any of the newer NAPKIN DECOUPAGE glues like the one listed below. I don't ever use Mod-Podge anymore since it made the surface of this table look like plastic over the years. I was able to add a very matte finish over it thankfully. :) When you want to decoupage furniture - especially a table, it's much easier to use smaller sections of a napkin as opposed to using whole napkins and risking wrinkles bubbling or tears.
