How to get Cool mode on Parappa the Rapper 2

A lot of people have a problem getting Cool mode on Parappa 2. The whole engine was revamped in Parappa 2 compared to Parappa 1/UJL and so did the algorithm to get cool mode. I apologize for the quality. This is an old video I made for a friend that I forgot I had.
