Figuring out how to get through rough days is an important part of learning how to thrive with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome or chronic fatigue.
We all have rough days; however when living with POTS or chronic fatigue, we can get stuck in a string of rough days. It can be hard to figure out how to get through them. And when you have a good day it seems like a fluke - you wonder why and hope it lasts.
I was there myself for many years - experiencing one rough day after the next. It wasn't until I figured out how to rebuild my resilience that I started having more good days.
Many clients come to me with the goal of having fewer rough days and more good ones. We work together to pinpoint what's contributing to those rough days and how to bounce back when they do happen. They learn how to build resilience - and YOU CAN TOO!
My video this week shares my top 3 tips for navigating rough days:
-Nourishment - it's not just about food!
-Gentle movement - find the type that suits your body
-Mindset - the mind and the body communicate
Let me know which one resonates with you!
