In this DIY video, we are going to take an old skirt and a plain thrifted white blouse and create a one-of-a-kind, wearable art outfit. We will be doing some simple sewing using all upcycled materials. I will take you step by step and show you how to create ruffles from a lace tablecloth, pillow shams and more. We will create beautiful appliques cut from an old curtain and then dye everything apple green.
