Fun and easy sewing project! In this tutorial we will create a cozy and whimsical poncho from a preloved denim shirt and dress. I will show you in detail, how to construct the poncho...it's easier than you might think. Then, we will make our own palm tree and flower appliques and cut images of birds from thrifted pillow covers and a beach towel. Finally, we will add cute ball trim to the edges. This will be a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art that is also comfy and cozy. Enjoy!
