How to make Beautiful Raisin Twisted Bread. Bakery Style , very soft (recommended recipe)

ingredient

● Bread flour 230 g.
● 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
● Sugar 25 g.
● instant yeast 1/2 + 1/4 tsp.
● 32 grams of cracked chicken eggs.
● Natural yogurt 46 g.
● 95 g. plain milk (cold)
● 20 grams unsalted butter (cold)

● softened butter, for brushing
● Soak raisins in warm water to soften and pat dry.
● Sugar


Roll the dough, width 40 cm, length 27 cm. Sorry, in the clip, there is a typo, not 11 cm.

Bake in the oven, top and bottom, no fan at 180° C 14-15 minutes or until golden brown.
