Ingredients

CARMEL INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups of sugar

INFUSED WATER
1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of whole cloves
3 cinnamon sticks
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

BUDIN MIXTURE
2 can of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup od whole milk
1 cup of heavy cream
1 3/4 cups of sugar
1/4 cup of melted butter
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
add infused water
4 eggs
1 cup of raisins
1 loaf of Italian bread

Put in Baño de María
Bake on 350" for 1 hour
