Ingredients
7 oz beef
7 oz radish
4 oz soy bean sprouts
3 oz spinach
1/2 carrot
1/2 zucchini
2 eggs
Sesame oil (to taste)
Cooking oil (as needed)
Sesame seeds (as needed)
Salt (to taste)
Fish sauce (to taste)
Some red pepper flakes
Some red pepper paste
Garlic (minced, to taste)
Sugar (to taste)
Red pepper paste (gochujang, to taste)
Red pepper flakes (gochugaru, to taste)

▶Stir-fried zucchini
Ingredients
1/2 zucchini
1/2T cooking oil
A pinch salt

▶Stir-fried carrot
Ingredients
1/2 carrot
1/2T cooking oil
A pinch salt

▶Beef bulgogi
Ingredients
7 oz (200g) sliced beef
2T soy sauce
1T sesame oil
1/2T minced garlic
1T honey or sugar
A bit of ground pepper

▶Seasoned soy bean sprouts
Ingredients
4 oz (120g) soy bean sprouts
1-2 pinches salt
1T sesame oil
1/2T sesame seeds
1t minced garlic

▶Seasoned spinach
Ingredients
3 oz (100g) spinach
