My family and I recently acquired some new property, and we discovered that there was Sassafras all over the place! Of course, this meant I had to try my hand at some foraging and making my one root beer from scratch! This batch didn't turn out perfect, and I'm excited to have a continual source of Sassafrass to allow me to try again!
