It's Tanabata soon, so I made Japanese sweets that are perfect for Tanabata ♩

The upper part is Kindama-kan and the lower part is Mizuyokan, which expresses the Milky Way in the night sky 💫
You can enjoy the crispy texture of agar with Kindama-kan ◎
Water yokan has a smooth texture and elegant sweetness that goes well with Kindama 🥰
The Milky Way water yokan is finished with delicious taste and beautiful appearance ♩

14cm x 10cm tapper

~ Milky Way Agar ~

【material】
・ Water 150g
・ Powdered agar 2g
・ Granulated sugar 30g

・ Water 20g
・ Color powder (blue) Appropriate amount
・ Water 20g
・ Color powder (blue / red) Appropriate amount
・ Milk 10g
・ Alazan appropriate amount
・ Appropriate amount of gold leaf


◎ Preparation
①. Wet the tapper with water. (It is easy to remove from the mold.)

☆ How to make
①. Dissolve colored powder in 20g of water to make blue and bluish purple (blue + red).
②. Put water and powdered agar in a pan and heat over low heat.
Even if it boils, keep it on the heat for 2 minutes to melt the powdered agar firmly.
③. Add granulated sugar and dissolve well, then turn off the heat.
④. Pour about 3 tablespoons into the tapper.
⑤. Add 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of agar solution to ① and milk and mix.
Randomly pour blue and bluish purple agar liquid into ④, and pour white agar liquid from above like the Milky Way.
⑥. Add blue powder to the remaining agar solution, mix, and slowly pour over ⑤. (If you have excess blue agar solution in ⑤, just mix it!)

Let it cool at room temperature and make water yokan while it is cooling.


~ Water Yokan ~

【material】
・ Water 150g
・ Powdered agar 2g
・ Granulated sugar 20g
・ Koshian 150g

☆ How to make
①. Put water and powdered agar in a pan and heat over low heat.
Even if it boils, keep it on the heat for 2 minutes to melt the powdered agar firmly.
②. Add granulated sugar and dissolve well.
③. When it melts, add red bean paste and dissolve it well.
Continue to cook even after melting, and turn off the heat when it becomes a little thick.
④. Scratch the surface of the Milky Way agar with a toothpick.
⑤. Pour ③ over ④.
After removing the rough heat, cool it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or more.

Pull the tapper to inflate it and then turn it over to remove it from the tapper.
