Ponche de Creme is a flavorful Christmas favorite of the Caribbean. Moreover, it comes by different names...Ponche a Cream, egg nog in different parts of the world. Actually, its enjoyed in Trinidad and Tobago during the Christmas season, and served with sweetbread, black cake etc.
Ingredients:
3 cans carnation milk
2 cans carnation condensed milk
6 large eggs
1 lemon peel
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp Angostura bitters
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
2 1/2 cups white rum(of your choice)
