A Tropical fruit in the shape pf a spiky red bulb which comes in green and red when fully matured. Sorrel blossoms during the Christmas time in the Caribbean, and is also know as Hibiscus in the island of Jamaica. However, this rich red bulb makes a tasty drink during the Holiday Season. Ingredients:
8 ozs dried sorrel ( fresh sorrel can be used)
1/2 cup fresh grated ginger
1 dash Angostra Bitters
5 cloves
2 small cinnamon stick
1 star arnese
1/2 a peel of orange rind
N.B A shot of white rum can be added for extra flavor
