3 1/2 pounds chicken leg and thighs
2 stalk scallions
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp fresh ginger
2 Tbsp fresh thyme
1 tsp scotch bonnet pepper
1/2 onion
1 medium size potato
2 small carrots
2 tsp pimento seed
1/2 sweet pepper
1 small tomato
🌺Seasoning
1 tbsp all purpose season
1 tbsp jerk powder season
1 tbsp chicken season
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp browning or dark soya
1/2 tsp salt
📌Cook for 35 minutes in total
