How to make Sweet Potato Pies, Holiday Baking

Sweet Potato Pies

Ingredients:

For 2 pies:
4 pounds of sweet potatoes
1 stick of butter
All ingredients to taste
2 to 2 1/2 cups of sugar
vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp.
lemon extract 1 tsp.
coconut extract 1/4 tsp.
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs

2 pre-made pie crust baked until light brown (375 degrees)

Bake pies at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
