SAILOR'S SUNRISE
2 oz/60 ml Spiced Rum
4 oz/120 ml Orange Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Grenadine
Method
1. Add all of the ingredients except the grenadine to a shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
