How to make the Softest Chiffon Cake With Fios de Ovos (Egg Yolks Threads)

Ingredients

Batter 75-80 g.
mold size width 11.6 cm , Length 4.8 cm

part 1

● 3 Egg Yolks
● 1/4 Tsp. Salt
● 40 g. Granulated Sugar
● 55 g. Sunflower oil (or canola oil)
● 65 g. Regular Milk
● 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
● 100 g. All purpose flour or cake flour
● 1/2 tsp. Baking powder


part 2

● 3 Egg whites
● 40 g. Granulated Sugar

Fios de ovos, Huevo Hilado (Egg Yolk threads)


Bake at 150 ° C for 30 minutes ( depends on your stove and mold size )
