Hey Luv's!
So, today I decided to switch things up and do something a bit different. My family is from Trinidad and one of my favorite Trinidadian dishes is Buljol aka Saltfish. There a various ways that Saltfish can be made, but this is one of the most common ways. As I mentioned in the video, you can also heat the Buljol up and eat it with bake, dumplings or plantain. Unfortunately, I don’t know the specific amount of seasonings that I used, but how much is really dependent on your preference. Personally, I like my food to be very flavorful and spicy, but I did include a list of the various ingredients that I used for this recipe. I have listed everything that I used below, but if you have any additional questions, just let me know.
