In this video, I will be showing a step by step how to make the string hoppers. I will be showing 2 different types of string hoppers, one using white rice flour and one using red rice flour. These string hoppers are amazing and they don't stick together. They go well with a lot of different curries and that's why is it so popular.
In the next video, I will be showing you a traditional Sri Lankan sothi recipe which goes very well with the string hoppers
White rice flour string hoppers:
Steamed plain flour - 2 cups
White rice flour - 1 cup

Red rice flour string hoppers:
