How to properly prepare and pickle mushrooms so that they turn out tasty and aromatic?
The recipe is simple and does not require much effort - just a few ingredients, such as garlic, salt and horseradish leaves. This method of pickling guarantees an excellent result in just 30 days! Share this recipe with your friends and prepare the most delicious honey mushrooms for your loved ones!

📝 *INGREDIENTS*
Honey mushrooms (1 kg boiled)
Salt (1 tbsp)
Garlic, peppercorns, bay leaf, horseradish leaves

🥣 *COOKING STEPS*
1. Small and firm honey mushrooms are best for pickling. When collecting, cut the stems shorter.
2. Rinse the mushrooms with cool or slightly warm water to make it comfortable to work with. Then boil the mushrooms in unsalted water for 15-20 minutes.
3. After boiling, drain the water and rinse the mushrooms with cold water.
4. Cover the mushrooms with salt (1 tablespoon per 1 kg of boiled mushrooms) and leave in a warm place for 24 hours.
5. Place the mushrooms in small jars. In each jar, put a clove of garlic, a couple of peppercorns and a bay leaf. Pack the mushrooms tightly, press down, and add a horseradish leaf on top.
6. Leave the jars in a warm place until bubbles appear. Then, using a wooden stick or a long spoon, pierce the mushrooms to the bottom of the jar to release the air.
7. If necessary, add another horseradish leaf and salted water to cover the mushrooms.
8. Put the mushrooms in a cool place (for example, in the refrigerator) and check in a couple of weeks. 9. If the water has "gone", add salted water.

*In 30 days the salted honey mushrooms will be ready!*
