So this part 1 covered some simple FAQ, tips, and tricks.
I started barefoot ~4 years ago, and after 1 year in I noticed some tremendous benefits. I had MTSS for 6 years, multiple ligament and tendon injuries, and my lower body was in a really disastrous state.
I got started with Vivobarefoot shoes and immediately (within weeks) noticed a pretty substantial change in the way I approached walking and movement.
