There are lots of Railroad Museums around the country, but one of the things that sets the Tehachapi Depot Railroad Museum apart from most others is its "Signal Garden". A large collection of working vintage signals is something I've seen no where else. With wig-wags, semaphores, rotating banners, and many more, Tehachapi has it going on.
Realizing what a rare treasure we have there, I got the idea of showing the inner workings of those with moving parts. So, join me for a look inside these fascinating signals.
