Hummer H3 - VVT solenoid, belt tensioner, idle pulley replacement

Serpentine belt tensioner looks pretty jumpy, so let's replace it! VVT (variable valve timing) solenoid is an easy one to do, and I doubt has ever been replaced, so why not give it a try also since we're in there.
