This is the full process of building a unique, extra-long scale 5-string electric bass guitar. It was a special request for a 30th birthday gift, so I wanted to go all out and capture every step on video. This bass features an extended 35" long scale, a walnut body and a maple neck (one of the straightest and finest I've worked with) for an extra punchy, deep sound that's perfect for any bassist who likes their lows low. Since this was a custom order, I'm not keeping this. If you're into custom guitars & woodworking, I think you'll love watching this come together.
