Pies! How to quickly and easily bake a whole mountain of delicious, crispy and juicy pies, so as not to bother with the dough and have fun?! I'm sharing!
My soul and body were pampered🥰 I baked it for two days in a row: the first day I had lavash instead of dough (also very tasty), and on the second day I took puff pastry without yeast 👍
My husband complained that they didn’t do enough with the cherries - for tea, just yum-yum 😋👍
I have had:
1 kg yeast-free puff pastry
500 g minced pork: 1 onion, 1 tsp. tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika and a little garlic, also added 50 ml. cold water
egg for greasing the top
sesame seeds optional
2. cherries from the freezer (not defrosted)
in each pie a little starch, powdered sugar or sugar
I baked for about 20 minutes at 180C, it’s better to use your oven as a guide.
