The mixture of freshly baked yeast dough, a touch of butter and a sweet sugar layer makes you taste almost like small, heavenly delicacies. Recipe:
For the dough:
650–700 g wheat flour (approx. 5–5 1/2 cups)
2 tablespoons of sugar (approx. 30 g)
13 g of fresh yeast (approx. 1/2 oz)
300 ml of warm milk (approx. 1 1/4 cups).
3 eggs
50 g butter (approx. 3 1/2 tablespoons)
5–6 g salt (approx. 1 teaspoon)
For the filling:
100 g butter (3 oz).
7 tablespoons of sugar (approx. 100 g)
Knead the dough and let it rest for 50–60 minutes.
Form the rolls as shown in the video. Brush with the egg milk mixture.
Bake at 180 ° C (356 ° F) for 25–30 minutes.
