थापला गांव पौड़ी गढ़वाल के मानियारस्यूँ पट्टी के कळजीखाल ब्लॉक के अंतर्गत आता है. यह गांव मनियार स्यूँ पट्टी का सबसे बड़ा गांव है लेकिन पौड़ी गढ़वाल का हर गांव आज पलायन की मार झेल रहा है. कारण कि देवभूमि उत्तराखंड के पहाड़ी जिल्लों में कोई भी सुविधा नहीं है आज रोड तो हैँ लेकिन मूलभुत सुविधाएँ नहीं हैँ

Thapla village comes under Kaljikhal block of Maniyarsyun belt of Pauri Garhwal. This village is the largest village of Maniyar Syun Patti but every village of Pauri Garhwal is facing the brunt of migration today. The reason is that there are no facilities in the hilly districts of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. Today there are roads but there are no basic facilities.
