hey girlies & gals,

in today’s girl therapy shenanigans we are waking up earlier in the summer for slow mornings sipping a matcha latte, starting a new book, journaling and going to the gym after.

we also discuss our plans for the summer (so are we going to italy or greece???), not getting eras tour tickets and going to music festivals.

i then take u with me to study in my fav coffee shop and to a cute local furniture shop in the lil english countryside town that i live in.

there’s also a vinted thrift haul with summer trend talks (i’m gonna be wearing lots of skirt, pls lmk what ur gonna be wearing!) and we make an art journal spread to start off summer to romanticise our otherwise mundane lives.

ps. i am writing this at 2am in the morning and so i might be sounding delusional but i hope u girlies and gals enjoy this video!
