I love starting new projects! This will be the first episode of a small project and we'll start with getting set up and connecting RStudio directly to github to launch a new and existing project. Our new project will demo how to use machine learning tools to analyze microbiome data using the mikropml R package that has been developed by Pat's research group. We'll do the entire (hopefully!) proejct in RStudio to check out its tools for reproducible research.
