Before We Begin – Set Your Sacred Space:
Take a deep breath and create a space for creativity. Light a candle, burn some palo santo, or put on your favorite music. This is your time to explore, play, and connect with your creative energy.
Materials You’ll Need:
Simple art supplies (markers, crayons, colored pencils—whatever you have!)
*Paper (heavier weight works best)
*Scissors
*A pen for writing affirmations
Step-by-Step Process:
1️⃣ Mark-Making for Fun & Freedom – Let go of perfection and allow your hands to move intuitively. Scribble, swirl, splash color—there are no rules!
2️⃣ Cut into Mini Cards – Trim your art into 2.5 x 3.5-inch cards, embracing the imperfections and uniqueness.
3️⃣ Write Your Affirmations – Add empowering words, phrases, or messages that uplift and inspire you.
