Large Egg (room temp) 4pcs (60-65g/pc)
Cream cheese 180g
Cream (room temp)100g
Unsalted butter 40g (melted)
Cake flour 40g
Corn flour 20g
Caster sugar 70g
Lemon juice

➡️ Preheat the oven to 145°C/290°F
Bake at 145°C/290°F for 60 minutes,then adjust to 155°C/310°F and bake for another 10 minutes until browning
