80毫升温水
1茶匙黄糖

Fermentation (10mins)
Instant yeast 1 teaspoon
80mls warm water
1 teaspoon brown sugar

皮料 : Skin
150克 水磨糯米粉 /
150g glutinous rice flour (Water milled )
150克 面粉 / 150g purpose flour
1茶匙即溶酵母 / 1tsp yeast
3 湯匙玉米油 / 3 tbsp corn oil
120克金瓜泥 / 120g pumpkin puree (steamed)
100-120克黄糖 - 100-120g brown sugar

香蕉叶 适量 / Banana leaf

金瓜喜板是一种柔软而有嚼劲的客家馒头,蒸上来却有蕉叶的香味。
Pumpkin Hee Pan is a soft and chewy Hakka steamed bun that smells like banana leaves when steamed.

喜粄是客家人用作喜庆佳日或白事的传统糕点,关键是要用水磨糯米粉和面粉加入酵母发酵后蒸制而成。而水磨糯米粉就是在制作过程中把糯米先浸泡过再磨出来的糯米粉,而糯米粉就是直接把檽米干磨成的粉, 比普通糯米粉更白、有光泽,粉质细腻顺滑。

这是一道简单的糕点,喜欢的可以在家轻松制作。
