[Ingredients] (Keeps in the freezer for about 2 weeks)
● Pork loin (for steak): about 500g (4 slices)
● Yogurt (plain): 3 tablespoons
● Red miso: 3 tablespoons (regular miso is also fine)
● Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
● Mirin: 1 tablespoon
● Grated garlic: 1 teaspoon
● Doubanjiang: 1 teaspoon
● Sugar: 1 tablespoon
*You can also use thinly sliced meat for ginger pork. In that case, cook on low heat for about 1 minute on each side.
