Kaak El Eid Recipe: وصفة كعك العيد
625g all purpose flour
٦٢٥ غرام طحين لجميع الاستعمالات
625g semolina flour
٦٢٥ غرام طحين فرخة
375g vegetable ghee
٣٧٥ غرام سمنة نباتية
125g unsalted butter
١٢٥ غرام زبدة غير مملحة
500g sugar
٥٠٠ غرام سكر
1 small packet of mastic
مغلف صغير مستكة
1/2 tsp of mahaleb
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة محلب
1/2 tsp of ground nutmeg
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة جوزة الطيب
The zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange
برش ليمونة و حامضة
1 1/4 tsp of baking powder
ملعقة و ربع بيكنج بودر
1 1/2 tsp of instant yeast
ملعقة و نصف خميرة فورية
1 1/4 cup of milk or as needed
كوب و ربع حليب أو حسب الحاجة
