500g (1.1 lbs) ground pork 猪肉馅
180g (0.4 lbs) kale 羽衣甘蓝
2 eggs 鸡蛋
1/2 tbsp minced ginger 姜末
3 green onions 葱
1 tbsp soy sauce 酱油
1/2 tsp salt 盐
1/4 tsp white pepper 白胡椒粉
1 tbsp oyster sauce 蚝油
1 tsp sesame oil 香油
