Keto Butter Coffee Dairy Free Ice Cream | Boiled Egg Home Made Ice Cream | Ninja Ice Cream Maker
I tweaked the Butter Coffee Ice Cream that I made a couple weeks ago for the Egg Fast to make it richer and creamier. The other one was good but more like a frozen frappacino. Here is that video:https://youtu.be/6OyA_RtgPrM
Today's Ice cream contains: 4 boiled eggs, 4 tbsp melted butter, 2 tsp instant coffee, 1 scoop collagen, 3 tbsp powdered sweetener. I added about 1 cup leftover brewed coffee.
Freeze for 24 hours (if using Ninja) or freeze for 20 minutes and then put in your frozen Cuisinart bowl, churn until done.
