[Pork belly braised in soy sauce]
1. Cut 600g of pork belly into bite-size pieces and cover both sides with starch powder.
2. Prepare 1/2 cup of sliced garlic.
3. Thickly slice the lettuce (you can also use green onion slices).
4. Mix 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons plum syrup, 1 tablespoon sesame salt, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon vinegar in a bowl, then add lettuce and mix.
5. Put oil in a pan and fry the starch-covered pork belly until golden brown on both sides. Remove the oil with a paper towel.
6. Add the sliced garlic and when it is half cooked, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons oligosaccharide, and pepper and stir-fry quickly over medium heat.
7. Place lettuce salad on a plate, place pork belly on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
[Spicy seaweed]
1. Place green onions in a sieve, wash thoroughly until clear water comes out, squeeze out the water, and cut into bite-size pieces.
2. Thinly slice a fist-sized radish and mix it with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
3. Make seasoning (2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons fish sauce)
4. Shake out the green onions in a bowl and add the pickled radishes by squeezing them out without rinsing them in water.
5. Add the prepared seasoning sauce and mix evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds at the end.
[Cleaning peppers]
1. Wash about 3kg of red pepper thoroughly, cut off the top leaving about 1cm, and cut off about 0.5cm from the end.
2. Put 3L of water and 2 cups of salt in a pot, boil, then add 1 cup of soju and let cool.
3. Place the peppers in a container, pour over salt water, and press down on the top with a pressure stone. After about a month, it will be done when it turns yellow.
[Spicy pickled peppers]
1. Soak the peppers in water to remove the saltiness.
2. Make the seasoning (1 tablespoon red pepper paste, 3 tablespoons red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 5 tablespoons starch syrup, 1 tablespoon plum syrup, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds)
3. Add the prepared seasoning sauce to the peppers and mix well.
