Video Not Working? Fix It Now

The second episode with Laa, Sao and Suchart who prepare a feast for Thai customers who were celebrating a birthday. For the occasion, they cooked a feast:

- Tom Kha Kai (ต้มข่าไก่): probably my favorite dish! It is a chicken soup (gai) infused with galangal (kha), in coconut milk, with kaffir lime leaves (combava), lemongrass, chili pepper, lemon and in this recipe, tamarind.
- Laab Moo (ลาบหมู): Laab (which can also be called Larb) are spicy and tangy meat dishes, very common in Thailand and Laos. The meat can be raw or cooked and it can be made with beef, duck, pork (Moo)... In this case, in Anuwat's version, it is a cooked pork Laab that is prepared! Another video, shot in Laos, will show the version with raw duck!
- Pla Neung Manao (ปลานึ่งมะนาว): a steamed fish, often a tilapia (here a red one) served with a spicy sauce made with garlic, chili and lemon.
- Marinated and braised pork: a dish whose name I do not know made with pork that has marinated in palm sugar, fish sauce, tamarind, etc. It is then grilled on the barbecue and accompanied by a sauce also made with tamarind.
- Som Tam (ส้มตำ): Papaya salad! A must-have in Thai cuisine, made by Sao, directly in the mortar. It is prepared with grated green papaya, green beans, tomatoes, peanuts, lemon juice... It is one of Sunny's favorite Thai recipes, so I advise you to wait for her video to try to reproduce it :)

All the recipes are prepared simultaneously, which makes the video slightly "messy", but it remains faithful to the atmosphere in the kitchen! We go from one dish to another with ingredients flying from all sides, in English or Thai, with a restaurant pace and the good humor of a family kitchen.

A huge thank you to the whole family for all these recipes, laughs and memories.
